Every Monday morning, I send out a newsletter drawn from a career that began in 1989, when I went to work for Gaylord Entertainment as an uplink operator. I moved into IT in 1996 and spent 22 years there, leading teams through change and disruption, until I was laid off in 2018. I have coached since 2014, and I am an ICF PCC certified executive and leadership coach.
